RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If for some reason you are unhappy with your order, we will do everything in our power to rectify it. If you have trouble finding your right size, please book a FREE 15-minute Zoom fitting with Mari (held every Friday) here, and we'll be happy to find your ideal size. Items must be returned to us within 28 days of dispatch date. Refunds will be credited to the original card that was used for purchase. If you decide to return a gift we can't prevent the card-owner knowing.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

We've gone paperless! No printer needed. Please work through the checklist below before clicking the button below which takes you to our Royal Mail returns portal. Here you'll get your unique returns QR code via email. Show this code at the Post Office with your parcel, and they'll take care of the rest! Be sure to include your returns form in your return parcel, which is found on the reverse of your packing list.

EXCHANGES

For exchanges please follow the same instructions in the returns sections, but please note on the returns portal that you would like an 'exchange', rather than a 'return'. Additionally, remember to include the returns form that came with your original parcel with the information about the new size/colour you want for your exchange. Please check on our website first that we have your desired item in stock. If there are only a few left in your new desired size, you may prefer to purchase it immediately, rather than wait for your item to be manually exchanged. This will avoid you missing out if someone else buys it in the mean time.

Exchanges will be posted at standard delivery rates, unless contacted from the customer beforehand. Additional costs may be required for an upgraded delivery method.

IMPORTANT

By proceeding to our returns portal, you are agreeing that you have worked through the following checklist:

  • NO deodorant marks. Any returned items with marks will be subject to a non-refundable £10 cleaning fee, which will be deducted from your total. Please inspect items thoroughly before returning.
  • Tags must still be attached, clothing unworn and in perfect condition.
  • Item must be returned to us within 28 days of dispatch date. (Or before January 18th for all Christmas purchases made between Nov 1st - Dec 18th.)
  • Always retain your proof of postage. Customer is responsible for package until it is safely returned to our facility.
  • Remember to fill in and include your returns slip in your returns package, which can be found on the reverse of your packing slip.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges for customers outside of the UK at this time. If you would like to try a different size, please return the original order for a full refund and place a new order with us.
