Delivery & Returns

Click the button to track your parcel. You can find your tracking number and track your parcel by logging into your MAAREE account. Tracking is only available if you selected the tracked shipping option at checkout.


We only charge exactly what is required for your postage, so this cost will vary on your location and parcel size. Please see table below for rough guidance. For more accurate price, this will be displayed at checkout.

returns & Exchanges

If for some reason you are unhappy with your order, we will do everything in our power to rectify it. However, if you would like to return your order we offer free UK returns on any items returned to us in perfect condition with no marks and tags still attached. You must must return the item to us within 28 days of receipt with your proof of purchase. Always retain your proof of postage.

Refunds will be credited to the original card that was used for purchase. If you decide to refund a gift we can't prevent the card-owner knowing.

How to return an item

Not only are UK returns and exchanges free, we've now gone paperless!

No printer needed! Click the link below to take you to our Royal Mail returns portal to get your unique returns QR code via email. Then, show this code at the Post Office with your parcel, and they'll take care of the rest! They will create and attach your free return postage label right then and there. It's that easy. Be sure to include your returns form in your return parcel, which is found on the reverse of your packing list.

For exchanges please follow the same instructions in the returns sections, but please note on the returns portal that you would like an 'exchange', rather than a 'return'. Additionally, be sure to include the returns form that came with your original parcel with the information about the new size/colour you want for your exchange.

Please check on our website first that we have your desired item in stock. If there are only a few left in your new desired size, you may prefer to purchase it immediately, rather than wait for your item to be manually exchanged. This will avoid you missing out if someone else buys it in the mean time.

Exchanges will be posted at standard delivery rates, unless contacted from the customer beforehand. Additional costs may be required for an upgraded delivery method.

Please download and fill in the returns form by clicking the button below. Making sure to fill it in and include it in your return parcel. Send it to the address included, using your preferred postal service. Ensuring you retain proof of postage.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free shipping on exchanges outside of the UK at this time. If you would like to try a different size, please return the original order for a full refund and place a new order with us.
